Lead Voltrum Elteknik – and build a company with a flying start.

Voltrum Elteknik is a newly established sister company to Nordiska Energilösningar. Nordiska generated 20 million SEK in its first year, and the plan is to increase significantly by 2026. We are now building Voltrum to capture a larger share of the electricity market, with a stable order base right from the start.

This means an unusually attractive situation: a new company with entrepreneurial freedom, but with security, inflow, and structure from an established corporate environment. Initially, Voltrum will receive installations through Nordiska, so you can get a good start and quickly build further with your own business and team.

We are looking for someone who wants to lead Voltrum and contribute to its development through business opportunities, leadership, and electrical engineering expertise.

About the role

You will have overall responsibility and become a key person in shaping the company. The exact title can be adapted to the profile (CEO/Operations Manager/Installation Manager/Supervisor) – but the mission is clear: build and lead the operations.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Drive and develop Voltrum's operations: structure, profitability, quality, and growth
• Lead people and create a strong team (recruitment, planning, follow-up)
• Contribute to business: customer dialogue, calculations/quotes, develop new collaborations and revenue streams
• Ensure regulatory compliance, electrical safety, and delivery according to industry standards
• Collaborate closely with Nordiska Energilösningar for a smooth start and good capacity

We believe you are

• Experienced in leading and developing operations (company, department, or project)
• Have a background in the electrical industry and understand the everyday life in production/installation
• Meritorious: General authorization/certification (e.g., AL)
• Confident in taking responsibility, making decisions, and driving things to completion
• Have an entrepreneurial drive and enjoy building, improving, and creating culture
